The Baynard Park Homeowners Association is made up of properties that are in the proximity of Baynard Creek and Calibogue Sound. This includes homes on Baynard Peninsula, Baynard Cove Road, Baynard Park Road, Turnberry Lane, Red Oak Road, Marsh Drive and the Baynard Oaks section of Plantation Drive. The centerpiece of the association is our park located on Baynard Park Road with access to the Creek and Sound. Included in our neighborhood are many of the amenities that makes Sea Pines a popular place to reside and visit.

The Golf Course….
Homes that are located on Harbour Town Golf Course have beautiful open and green views of one of the most celebrated golf courses in the U.S. These homes have wonderful views to watch the Heritage Tournament each year and the many other tournaments that come to the Harbour Town Golf Course. Many of our neighbors celebrate golf events with social get-togethers and parties such as “Get Your Plaid On” during the Heritage Tournament.

Historical heritage…
We host a historical site called the Stoney-Baynard Ruins, consisting of 10 acres and designated a National Register of Historic Places. It provides unique history and a chance to experience what an early neighborhood residence was like in Sea Pines. Built in 1793, you can visit a preserved view of the original “Tabby” home construction. There are hiking trails throughout and it provides the experience of a natural forest to our neighborhood homes.
